This device is used for switching USB 3.2 and/or DP 2.1 signals through USB Type-C® connectors in automotive smart cockpit applications.

The device has three multiplexing options to the USB Type-C connector, including one lane of USB 3.2, one lane of USB 3.2 and two channels of DP 2.1 UHBR10, and four channels of DP 2.1 UHBR10 to the USB Type-C connector.

In addition, AUX± channels are also multiplexed to the USB Type-C connector. The PI3USB31532Q, with low -1.7 dB at 10 Gbps insertion loss, offers excellent signal integrity for high-speed signals and low power dissipation. It is available in the 40-pin W-QFN3060-40 with a 3 mm x 6 mm footprint.
