High-Voltage M12 Connectors and Wire

The Tensility M12 connectors are built for reliable, high-performance power delivery in demanding industrial environments. Featuring S, T, and L coding, these connectors support ratings up to 12 A and 630 V, making them ideal for high-voltage, high-current applications.

The series includes multiple mounting styles—molding, flange, assembly, and front/rear panel options—to support a wide range of design needs. Available in 3-, 4-, or 5-pin configurations, with both shielded and unshielded variants, the connectors are IP67-rated when mated and cycle-tested to 500 insertions, ensuring durability in harsh environments.

Paired with the connectors is Tensility UL 21767-rated wire, offered in 3, 4, or 5 conductor formats and AWG sizes from 16 to 32. The wire features a TPU jacket, 600 V rating, VW-1 flammability, and is both UV- and oil-resistant with a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C—ideal for rugged, high-performance installations.
