The line contains the Arm® Cortex®-M33 with DSP and floating‐point unit (FPU) running up to 250 MHz.

  • High performance: at 250 MHz, the STM32H503 delivers 375 DMIPS/1023 CoreMark performance executing from Flash memory, with 0-wait states using ST's ART Accelerator™
  • Embedded peripherals: up to 13 communication peripherals including I³C, FD-CAN and USB 2.0 full-speed host and device
  • Power efficiency:
    • 86 µ/MHz typical at VDD= 3.3 V and +25°C in run mode (peripherals off)
    • 54 µA typical in stop mode (low-power mode)
    • 3.5 µA typical in standby mode (low-power mode)
    • 380 nA typical in VBAT mode with RTC (low-power mode)
