Omron offers its amusement equipment sensors for gaming machine applications

Image of Omron's Amusement Equipment SensorsOmron’s amusement equipment sensors are low cost and reliable for multiple detection and sensing of objects. These sensors can be built into any piece of equipment. The proximity switch and magnetic sensor can be used for registering presence of a metal ball or lever. These sensors are impervious to static or RF interference. Omron’s integrated capacitive touch sensor can be used by making any conductive surface sensor capable of human touch. Use the shock detect sensor for sensing shocks and vibrations of equipment while maintaining an easy mounting package.

Magnetic Sensor

  • Two different area coverage
Touch Switch
  • Detect human-touch through electrode
  • High tolerance for ESD or high power radio wave attack
  • Frame ground (FG) terminal to help releasing ESD
Shock Detection Sensor
  • To detect certain shock which has enough power to move built-in metal ball
