Image of OmniOn Power's PIM400 Series ATCA Board Power Input ModulesOmniOn Power's SW / SC series power modules are isolated DC-DC converters that operate over a wide range of input voltage (VIN = 18 VDC to 36 VDC for SC modules and VIN = 36 VDC to 75 VDC for SW modules) and provide a single precisely-regulated output. This series is a low-cost, smaller-size alternative to the existing LW / LAW / LC with enhanced performance parameters. The output is fully isolated from the input, allowing versatile polarity configurations and grounding connections. The modules exhibit high efficiency, with a typical efficiency of 86% for 5.0 V / 3 A. Built-in filtering for both input and output minimizes the need for external filtering.
